When will iOS 7 come out for iPhone 4?

I really really want it soon, but I don't want to jailbreak my phone. Any ideas on when its coming out and any cool new features? I know some of the new features but I want to know some more.

I think it's only for iPhone 5, and will never be accessible for iPhone 4

the fact is that iOS7 will be announced on tuesday, it might or might not be supported however on iphone 4. Iphone 4 supports a very nerfed version of ios 6, and I'm guessing that this new ios will bring some big needed changes to compete with the ever improving android gens. If apple decides to go with a quad core iphone, then I don't think the single core iphone 4 would be supported. The new standard, the iphone 5s would be too different in performance and features, most of which wouldnt be supported on the older phone.

but it still might make it. If the OS doesn't make it to iphone 4, then I think its best you stay with ios 6.jailbreaking and forcibly installing some ios 7 would make for a bad phone experience on an unsupported phone.
