When you block someone from contacting you on the iPhone?
What happens on the other end? Does the person trying to contact you get an instant reply message saying the number has been disconnected or is not in service? Or do they just try to contact you and you don't get the messages or calls so they think you're ignoring them? How does it work when you block a specific number in the settings on the iPhone?
Get a friend or family member to help you. Block their phone, then you use that phone and call your phone. There's your answer.
Remember to unblock once you are done.
They don't get anything, same with text, they have no idea you didn't get it.
Blocking is no nice
- When you Block Caller on iPhone, does it completely block them or do they show up as Unknown? I routinely "Block Caller" telemarketers, so does using the iPhone "Block Caller" option block all calls, or will the calls still come through and just show up as "Unknown"? I've received a lot of "Unknown" phone calls lately, so that's what I was attributing it to.
- What happens when you block someone on an iPhone 6, and they text you or call you? Specifically, does the phone keep ringing or does it say the call can't be made? Does the text deliver and just never show up on the receiving phone, or does the sender get a message saying the text can't be sent? (The other phone is not an iPhone.)

- If someone were to block my text now number would it block my normal number? I was teasing my girlfriend on my text now and she blocked me and I tired calling her and texting her on my normal number but she won't reply and it only run once and hung up. She has an iPhone, would it block my normal number if she blocked my text now number?
