Where can I buy a really cheap (but working) iPhone 4S?
I looked every where but can't find a good price.
I would go with eBay. You can probably get one really cheap at a wireless carrier if you want to get a service plan with them as well.
Cheap? Go for 2nd hand. Ask your friends if they got one, its better if you know the seller.
Please be more specific. Unlocked or locked? Anyways if you want to get one on a locked plan they run up for $99 with 16gb of space available on AT&T, Verizon, and sprint. If you're looking for an unlocked phone try looking at Craigslist, eBay, or a store with the cheapest listing.
