Where can I buy a used iPhone 4S cheap?

By cheap I mean around or less than $300, but still working and not cracked or whatever. Or will I just not be able to find a used 4s in good condition for cheap?

Craigs List! You'd be surprised how many good deals are on there! My sister got an iPhone 4s for about $200 off of there a few weeks ago, she also got the charger and four cases. You can also look on Facebook, people have made groups, like virtual yard sales. You would have to look for where you live, but they usually have good deals too! Just if you get an iPhone off of either sites, make sure you meet in person and inspect the phone so you don't get ripped off. And be safe! Don't meet the seller alone!

Just be carefull if you find one too cheap because no one sells it cheap unless dropped or water damage. I would always recommend getting it on a 2 year contract so you are guaranteed a new phone and the price is right.
