Where Can I Buy An Unlocked Iphone 4/4s For Cheap?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a cheap UNLOCKED Iphone 4 or 4s online. It should be in good condition (no cracks) I don't mind if its used. I'm looking for one that costs around $100-250 US dollars. I would prefer white or black. Please give me a website!

Try looking on eBay or Craigslist. I know that my mom got my 8GB iPhone 4 for $100 on eBay, and it was actually boxed.
