You sign up and create a free account.
You complete one offer (think LoveFilm etc.) through a company called FreebieJeebies (Check out our site, there's a video of them being featured on The Gadget Show)
You refer other people. Just get your mates to sign up as well and try an offer.
The companies (Lovefilm etc.) are paying FreebieJeebies about £23 for every new person who signs up and tries out their service. Then, FreebieJeebies takes £6 of this for themselves, and the other £18 goes towards your freebie ( in your case an iPhone 5).
In order to get enough for an iPhone 5, you need to refer people (basically getting your mates to sign up as well).
