Where can I get an iphone 4 without a data plan?
SO.
I don't need Wi-Fi everywhere, basically all I want is apps, music and calling/texting. Therefore, I don't want the data plan. I don't know if it matters, but I'm going to buy it prepaid, so there's no monthly bills for text/calling.
Verizon does not allow you to purchase an iphone without a data plan, so it's out of the question.
But what about T-Mobile? AT&T? Virgin Mobile? Is there any other carrier that will sell a prepaid Iphone 4 WITHOUT a data plan? I'd rather not pay $30 a month for useless things:\
All major wireless companies REQUIRE data plans with any smartphone, and the iPhone is a smartphone
that being said, you can purchase an unlocked iPhone directly from apple, and install a SIM card from Straight Talk, which gives you $45 unlimited everything.
you can also buy the iPhone from Virgin Mobile, but will be required to have one of their options with data.
Just buy the At&t version iPhone from the apple store or anywhere else and go to at&t and buy a prepaid card. It wouldnt require internet because it's a contract free phone.

- Is there any way I can get a AT&T iPhone without the stupid data plan Honestly, my family is switching to AT&T because we can't afford t mobile anymore. But I want a smartphone, it doesn't even have to be an iPhone, but you can't do that unless you have the data plan! My family can't pay that much more a month. Is there any way? )

- Does an iPhone C need a plan to go with it? Or can I get it without the plan? Me and my parents are looking into getting me an iPhone C and we were wondering if we can get it without the plan with it… Please Help!
- Could I get an Iphone without a data plan? If not, what are the cheapest options? So I have this scrappy phone right now… But my parents want to either give me an Iphone 3 or 4. But i'm pretty sure they don't want to buy a data plan… But if worst come to worst, what are some plans O could end up going with? I'm hoping I could go without one.
