Where can I get cheap, plain iphone 4 cases?

Like just really really basic ones… I hate the ones that cover the front too!
I really want to make my own case. Like a really cool one. But I need a base to start with! I don't want to buy a normal one because they're all like $34! I wouldn't even want to have to deal with a $10… I mean I COULD but I want to make cases for my friends for christmas so I'd like it to be fairly affordable. In the future I might want to make them and sell them as well. But anyways it would be really great if they were like… $5 a piece?

I need things like that. But that come in both white and black? Just as base colors. Where could I get some?
