JailbreakMe is the only way to jailbreak an iPhone without a computer. All you would have to do is go to jailbreakme.com on your iPhone. But, unfortunately, JailbreakMe is a very old jailbreak so you can only use it to jailbreak iOS 4 or older. But with a computer, you can jailbreak any device running any version of iOS 6 so far, using evasi0n (www.evasi0n.com).
