Yes but I would take it a local shop which would be cheaper than having Apple fix it.
I think you can send it to apple, I believe they send you the box to mail it in.

I dropped my iPhone 6 and the tempered glass screen shattered and some of the original screen underneeth it cracked too and there's a scuff too.
