Where can I unlock an iPhone 4?

I know there's probably no way. I have tried to deal with Rogers for a factory unlock (It's a Rogers phone), but they seem to not want to unless I sign up with their service for a month and I'm tired of dealing with their HORRIBLE customer service and will never go near anything to do with them. The SAM unlock tool is patched and as far as I know that, at one time, was the only hope. Its running 5.1.1 on the infamous baseband 4.12.01 and I this is just the last beacon of hope before I get rid of this thing.

We sell the iPhone 4 permanent factory unlock for $125 but that is in the US. You should be able to find one for Rogers online by searching for "iPhone factory unlock." It works through iTunes and you only have to do it once.

It appears that no one is really working on a software unlock since the new iPhone will be released soon.

Only the Official carrier can unlock, as long as the iphone is off contract.
