Where can I use my blacklisted T-mobile phone (iPhone 5)?
Just bought a blacklisted iPhone 5 unaware. The phone is tied to a finance agreement with an outstanding balance and is blocked.
Anything I can do? Can it be flashed to AT&T or something?
A blacklisted phone will not work in USA even if is unlocked. If is unlocked will work in other countries.
If is currently still locked and blacklisted will not be able to unlock it, so will not be able to use it as phone anywhere, so basically have an iPod. Can try and call tmobile and maybe if you explain the situation may give you a solution

- Reuse T-Mobile cut-to-use-for iPhone SIM card back to regular T-Mobile phone? Is that possible? My SIM card has been cut to fit on iPhone but I'm going to sell it next month to go back to regular T-Mobile phone. I still have the cutout piece from original T-Mobile SIM Card. Can I re-attach micro SIM to original T-Mobile card and use it on new T-Mobile phone, or would I have to buy the new SIM card and activate it again on pay-as-go-plan?

So i was wondering if i got it jailbreak would i be able to put a sim card in it and make phone calls and text again? Does jailbreak kinda takes the phone off the blacklist?
