1channel.ch tons of free movies that buffer quickly. You can use it on mobile but only se links work like gorrila video. Hope this helps

Can't help with the iPhone problem as I don't own one.
I use Netflix its free the first moth but then yhull have to start paying a small fee… Yhu also go to letmewatchthis.com that helps also… However I'm not sure about the other half of yhur question
