Since the iphone doesn't support flash your very limited. It only plays quicktime format. Your either stuck to itunes, netflix, hbogo, huluplus, youtube, a website that streams in quicktime (if ever so lucky), and any other video playing application like the ones above.

Movie selection but there's a problem, it keeps buffering, like it would play for 30 seconds than buffer for 1 minute than play again, it was working fine on my iphone yesterday, now its not working.
