Where do I buy cheap IPhone 5 cases for DIY?

I want to decorate some Iphone cases, but I don't know where to find cheap, plastic, white or black cases.

You buy this white case that comes with an erasable black marker and cleaning solution ( doesn't have chemicals. There's also a rainbow pack of the markers that you can get and each of these are only about 5-10 dollars and I think free shipping. You can also buy regular white cases I think.

I see them all the time for from $3 to less than $10 at places like Walgreens Pharmacy and discount stores like Dollar Stores, Gabriel Brothers and Ross Dress for Less

I'd check out ebay -- you can live with used cases, might even save more. But you can buy bulk form China.
