You can't. Any websites that say you can get a free iphone 5 are scams and will steal your credit card information.
Obviously there's no way to get free Iphone 5 (Except stealing >:) but don't do that) but you can get it cheap if its used. Or the best option is sell your toys/games/stuff you don't need and sell your phone. Don't forget to ask from your parents some money and save your money 'till you got enough money for Iphone 5. Do some work if you can.
