Where is 'documents and data' found on the iPhone?

It used to be under settings then general but I can't seem to find it anymore and need to clear some space up.

There are just so many applications on my iPhone that I only keep a handful of the most used items, texts, phone, messenger, camera, just basic or we end up w/ 3 screens full of apps that we wouldn't ever use or consider using, for me like games and photo's I have the camera to look at photo's no need for another one as well, same goes for my GPS when I don't need it. Let me go check my iPhone and see what icon it is BRB. Ok this is what is on my phone My Verizon, that is what I'd click or click on apps so you can delete stuff like world clocks, FB, Music, NFL, Plat store, my files, messages and messages plus, photo's, camera, memo, maps, play books, plat station, hangouts, I heart radio, photo editor, voice record, voice search, navigator, VZ Protect hotels.com. I grew up went to university then graduate school there were no online classes especially at my university just as we didn't have computers. Today there are more icons than we know what to do with so most of mine are going. You could always put them back and when you want the features, every single one then just have them show you how to do it, meaning they'll do it for you. I can relate, Bless Your Heart!
