Where is my Orange upgrade? No email or SMS confirmation?
I ordered my upgrade for the iPhone 4s about 2 hours ago. I completed the steps and payment and got to the page where my order was confirmed and was given an order code.
However, i haven't received any confirmation on email or SMS about the delivery of my phone - i only gave my delivery address but no time was given for the time when the phone will arrive.
Furthermore, the order code i have been given is not recognised by the Orange shop tracker. Payment seems to have gone from my account.
Anyone been through the same? Possible outcomes?
I ordered and upgraded on a saturday - not sure if that makes a difference…

- Will an orange pay as you go sim card work in my iphone orange contract phone? My orange phone is still in contract but could do with a different number on pay as you go as well, would rather just get the sim card and swap them over, but can always buy a cheap phone as well
- Whatsapp hasn't sent me confirmation code? Whatsapp hasn't sent me the confirmation code. I've sent my email address to whatsapp's automated SMS number and it hasn't emailed me. It's been over two days. I also tried calling them at a different number where a machine is supposed to give me the code but the call won't go through. What can I do? Ps I'm from Mexico and I'm trying to activate it on my iPhone 5
- ON IPHONE, How do i send a text a email address as a SMS and not MMS? On my basic phone, I can text a email address without it being MMS. Now on my iPhone, it only can text email addresses using MMS. This requires data. Does apple IPHONES not know how to text a email address? I don't want to use data to text email address? I might as well just use email.
- No Verizon confirmation email after iPhone 5 pre order? I ordered my iPhone from verizon last night at 12:15am. I'm a new customer to Verizon. I haven't received an email confirming my order, is this normal?
