Where is the cheapest place to buy an unlocked iPhone 4 or 4S?

I would like to buy an iPhone 4 (preferably a 4S) unlocked soon. I would like to know if any of you have had experiences with good places to buy them online for a decent price.

Why do you bother getting an unlocked phone. The main limitation of getting an unlocked mobile is the cost, you would end up paying a couple of hundreds of dollars. So its better to get an locked phone and get it unlocked from any third party vendors online for cheap cost.here is a site where i got my Iphone unlocked from, http://www.mobileunlocksolutions.com.
