Where (stores) can i buy a t-mobile iphone 5?

Well, in order for you to get an iPhone for T-Mobile it has to be unlocked(no SIM Card) which will cost $649 minimum. You might be able to get one unlocked form the Apple Store(the real one) otherwise you're forced to get one online because T-Mobile isn't partnered with Apple, but it's 100% legal, safe etc. To buy an unlocked iphone to use on T-Mobile. In my opinion, buy a Galaxy S4 on T-Mobile($199 with contract) and it's a better phone! 5" Screen(the phone isn't as big as it seems) 1080p HD,(the iPhone 5 isn't even 720p!) and has a higher PPI(pixels per inch) than the iPhone! - Why don't stores sell iPhones w/T-Mobile carrier? Does anyone know? I've been trying to trade my phone in && every store I've called told me they don't sell Tmobile iPhones. WHY?! What else can I do?

- If T-Mobile says $0 down online is it the same in stores? I was wondering if the iPhone 5s will also be $0 down in stores since its $0 online. I don't think that price should change whether its online or not cause its not some type of sale.
