Where to download episodes of fullmetal alchemist?

- Why does Netflix have only some episodes? I want to watch iCarly and I can't find full episodes anywhere online, not even YouTube (I have to watch it on my iPhone) and Netflix only has Season 1 an 2? Why? I want to watch newer episodes but I can't because Netflix doesn't have them. Is there a link or site someone can give me to watch iCarly free online? No download either and preferably no account.
