Which app can I use to call and change the caller ID?

I've seen my friend use this app that he calls but he can change the caller ID, I remember he called someone and he put 911 as the caller ID. I would like to know what is the name of that app for the Apple Store / iPhone / iTouch.

  • Why do my calls show up as no caller id when I call someone? (iPhone 6)? I don't know what I did, but ever since making some prank calls recently (using *67) my calls show up as "no caller id" on other people's phones, even those who already have my number in their contacts. This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough.
