The camera is supposedly better on each phone. I have iPhone 4, and it's the same as the iPod touch camera. Get whichever phone you can afford.
Iphone 5 end of story it has a better software a better camera its way faster. The iphone 4s has black and white models one black one white but they both consists of silver frames the new iphone 5 consist of black glass and slate color frame… Go with the five.
