The iPhone 5S for sure. The 5S will give you the A7 processor with 64bit architecture, you get a fingerprint scanner so you can log into itunes with your finger. It is also made out of aluminum instead of plastic, however the 5C may be made out of plastic, but it feels better in the hands and it does not feel cheap at all unlike the cheap Samsung plastic phones. The 5S looks better to me, however that is personal preference. Personally I would wait until the fall when the iPhone 6 comes out, if you can't wait than get the 5S. You won't regret it
I think you should go for I phone-5S it has latest feature such as Touch ID A new fingerprint identity sensor and much more which is not available in 5C. You can compare specification, Price of both on any online store

It's only $100 more expensive, but has a fingerprint scanner, looks way better (plastic is ugly) and better processing and graphics.
5s is better, 5c is just plastic. But i think you better wait for iphone 6
If you have the money you're better off waiting till the iphone 6 comes out, if you're on a budget then get the 5c but it's still pretty expensive. If you seriously are on a budget just go for a mid-range android device for now until you have enough money to get the iphone 6
