I had both and liked the iPhone 4S better. It has better features, better and faster graphics and despite not having 4G LTE is noticeably just as fast and has fewer drop out zones. If I had a choice though I would go with the iPhone 5 which blows away even the new Galaxy S3 in terms of speed. It also has a longer battery and faster downloads. Hope this helps!
