I'd prefer iPhone 5S much more.
It depends on your needs. They're completely different phones, in terms of physical size (the iPhone 5S is quite small, while the Note 3 is huge and comes with a stylus) and, obviously, in terms of their operating systems (iOS vs. Android).
If you can add some information about your intended uses for your new phone, what types of smartphones you've had in the past (or present), as well a ballpark budget, maybe we can help. If you can also let us know which provider you're using (Digi, Maxis, Celcom, etc.), that'd help based on their product selection.
