Which Is The Best Carrier For The Iphone 5 or 4?
So i'm supposed to get my own cell phone very soon. My parents have a family plan for t-mobile. I believe its $10 for any phone on tmobile carrier. But I have heard that tmobile either isn't the best or sucks… Is this true? I also heard the web is slow on it. And which is the best carrier for the iphone 5 or 4? Please give me good feedback i'm worrying a bit.
AT&T has the fastest LTE (4G) but the price is insane. Verizon has the bigger LTE network and is reliable but the price is a little less than AT&T. Sprint has unlimited 3G/4G data (slowly developing 4G in cities around USA and the price is not bad. T-mobile has a limited amount of 3G but introduced unlimited 4G data and the price is more than sprint but less than Verizon. Long term T-mobile is good but if you want speed without a spending limit verizon is the way to go
You heard wrong, t-mobile has the fastest 4G lte network, as a fact. Most older phones like iPhone 4 & iPhone 4S are very slow, no matter which network they are on.
I myself have been happy with t-mobile since 1998.
I have been a tmobile customer for 3 years their service with the iPhone 5 is great I would go with tmobile and have their hotspot
It really depends on which carrier has more towers in your area. And which one has gotten the latest technology ie LTE installed in the towers. Although the two phones you mentioned do run on different technologies. The 5 is LTE (faster, newer, better) the 4 on the other hand still runs the 3G. I have a 4 and the data speed is fine for me, plus my data doesn't ever run out before the end of the billing cycle. With LTE you have to be more careful about how often you use your cellular data, faster internet speeds also mean the faster your data gets used up, twice, three and even four times as fast. One thing you may want to consider with the 5 is a carrier that will provide unlimited data. Also do your research and call tech support, give them your home address and they can see how many towers are near your home and what technologies have been installed in them. You don't need LTE for either phone to work, but if really fast internet speed is something that is important to you, go with the 5 and make sure you ask if the towers near you have had their upgrades done.
