Which is the better Micro Hi-fi out of these two?

Look, I can't decide. Both have all the features I need and are similarly priced. I'm leaning towards the Pioneer system because it seems to offer more, for a little extra money. Additionally has good customer reviews. But I also really like the Panasonic and have had great panasonic separates which still work today 15 years later! My priority over everything is sound quality, I have other speakers I can use instead of the supplied.

Added (1). Pioneer speakers look like cheap rubbish

Added (2). Why do you have to use designated speakers? They're just propriety 2-way stereo speakers, nothing special about them in that regard, surely?

Added (3). The Panasonic doesn't have a 3.5mm headphones port on the front, which sounds petty but really is an issue for me. I like to lie on my sofa late and listen to music

I would go the Panasonic. More than likely better quality all round.

Pioneer in my opinion has been rubbish for years. If the speakers look cheap, they probably are.

Manufacturers always trade off quality for features. Unless the Pioneer has a feature you just Can't live without, avoid it.

I recommend going into a shop which stocks both and compare the sound quality, take in a CD to play. I work for the company which is selling the Pioneer system via Amazon and have listened to both Hi-Fi's at work. In my opinion, the Panasonic has slightly more bass than the Pioneer, but also the treble is very bright; perhaps too prominent for my personal tastes. The Pioneer has a more natural sound in my opinion. With both of these units, you have to use the speakers which come with the Hi-Fi.

Denon and Yamaha do Micro Hi-Fi systems that just sell the Hi-Fi without the speakers. With these you can either use the speakers that you own already (as long as the impedance is compatible), or buy speakers. This is an example. With the matching SCF109 speakers, the sound is a lot more rich and detailed than both Pioneer and Panasonic. The Denon doesn't have an iPod Dock, but it can play and charge an iPod through the USB connector.

  • Which would you get out of these 3? I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. The phone is great but I'm beginning to grow tired of it. I've been using the phone for over 2 years and I couldn't get an upgrade. I'm thinking of getting a refurbished iPhone 6S Plus or OnePlus 5. But at the same time, I feel like I need a new laptop because my current one, while usable is not the greatest. Which one would you get out of the three options? I can only get one.
  • Which is better the Iphone 5s or the 5c i'm trying to decide which one is better? And what's the difference between these two phones can someone tell me please? I'm trying to decide which one to buy?
  • Which is better of these 2 gadgets? Which is better performance wise, looks wise, and in generall everything. The iPod touch 5g or the iPhone 4/4s? I would like to know if I should get the iPod or save a bit harder and get the iPhone 4. I can't afford either of the new iPhones (5) so don't suggest that.
  • Which is better in these situations? Iphone 3gs 32 GB or iphone 4 16 GB. I know I phone 4 processor and ram speed is better but, i think the high screen resolution will reduce the speed
