Which one is better: iPhone 5S or 5C?

My iPhone 4S is cracked and it has MANY problems right now, and my dad is willing to get me either the 5S or 5C. I like the colors of the 5C, but the gold for the 5S is just PERFECT. I want to go further than colors however. I'd really appreciate it if you could list some of the pros and cons, especially of the storage and cameras as well as other stuff, to maybe influence my decision.

I have the 5c and it's awesome, from what I've heard theirs not much diff between the two except fingerprint security & colors.

Well, the iphone 5c is basically the iphone 5 with colors, but the 5s has a better processor, camera and retina display. So:

Best processor: 5s

Would recommend getting the 5s, althought is a little more expensive, it is worth it. Is like the elite edition of the iphone 5. The 5c just has color.

Obviously 5S, but 5C is a good phone also. Hardware is far better on 5S. You can also trade in your 4S, even if broke, so you get something back for it.

5s is better than 5c due to some differences but these differences are minor. So if you like colors of 5c then you can go for 5c. For differences between these phones check out this following site

4s holds power alot longer than both 5s and 5c.5s and 5c both have high quality cams that make my photos look blurry compared to crystal clear resolution.meh girl has a 5s and it picks up website on the touch where mine will take 10 to 15 seconds. We test phone side by side and everything made my 4s look like old cell phone lol. All her game apps open on touch and 4s takes 15 to 20 to get in.
5s more secure leave it somewhere by mistake and someone acquires it, it turns into useless brick. The fingerprint scan is built in feature so your print doesn't go online to apple or any bs like that.closing apps is different but you just double tap and slide apps up or down to close instead of holding for 3 secs and hitting x.
… The 5c is cheap plastic covered phone smooth around te edges gets hot rellay fast and easy to break case.Both the 5s and 5c have a waterproof, snow proof, shatter proof protective casing made that sell for like 20 bucks added to protect your new one… Iphone 6 i hear from utube views will be out this year late summer or fall i don't know for sure but release is getting close. Will have Slo motion capture feature video cam on it that you can record freakin lightning or cheetah in slo mo lol and freeze a part you like for photo adding. And also fingerprint built in scanner will go along w/ it… That video slow mo hi quality feature is big change i would wait for. Back your stuff up before your phone gets worse.look at repair kit screen tutorial videos for 4s to try and fix issue(the repair kits come with all tools needed to take phone apart along w/ a new touchscreen and sell on amazon look at good and bad comments before you buy to make sure it legit) or take it too good electronic repair but ugghh take out sd card with all you pics vids and stuff out bfore you do tha or just transfer and erase.

As far as features and performances are concerned iPhone 5s is good options. Else you can go with 5c if budget is concerned.

If money isn't a problem, Definitely go for the 5s.

No doubt! IPhone 5S is better and it has excellent display, unmatched processing power, awesome pair of cameras and great connectivity features. IPhone 5S are so dazzling that it stands in a class of it's own.

5s of course is the better phone. The storage options are the same between them, except the 5c doesn't come with a 64GB option.

The 5s's camera is better as well.

The 5S, better build quality and new specs, the 5C uses the same specs that was in the 5 last year so its going to be slower and the camera isn't as good as on the 5S
