Of course the iPhone 5s. They pretty much have the same design but iPhone 5s have more feature. It has the A7 Chip along with M7 Co-processor which is faster than the A6 in the iPhone 5. It has a fingerprint sensor which the iPhone 5 doesn't have. It has a better camera and 2 flash for better color in low light. Also the iPhone 5s is available in gold as the iPhone 5 is not.
The 5s is much faster and performs much more smoothly. It also has the awesome thumb print unlock feature! You can compare the tech specs here. The 5c is identical to the 5 aside from the casing, so it is the same specs.
