Which one is better? Iphone or ipad?

I have saved up enough money and i was wondering which is better, i already have an ipod touch 4g, it's getting really slow now. Iphone 5/4S or ipad?

IPad since the iPod is an iPhone without phone or texting. I don't even recommend Apple products. They are overpriced and I feel like they just do "eneemeeniemineemmo" for their prices.

IPhones are maybe better because they are pocket sized and you can make calls/txts, browse Internet and download apps. But iPads are easier to use when browsing. Pretty much depends on what you want it for

I have an iPad and it is brilliant, it's like a mini computer whereas my mum has an iPhone and you can't get her off it. The only problem is that it's not that easy to carry around compared to an iPhone. It depends what you need it for, so say if you want to have it on you all the time I would recommend an iPhone, but an iPad is easier to search the web on, play games etc. It all depends on what you are wanting to use it for.
