I think its upon you if you like larger screen and good pixels per inch and good resolution… You must opt for iphone 6 plus… But if you like medium sized with everything in it go for iphone 6

I think it depends if you want the "phablet size" or not. Matter of preference, if undecided just go to an Apple store and hold it in your hand so you can see it in person.
