Which phone should I have to buy (iPhone 4 or Moto G) in budget of Rs 15000?

I want to buy a smartphone and my budget is Rs 15000/- INR, I have two chose between iPhone 4 and Motorola Moto G(android).

You can't afford iphone4 in the budget of 15000 INR. So in that range you can go for moto G.

IPhone 4 is better.
