Which phone to choose for upgrade? IPhone 4 or 4s, 8gb, 16gb, 32, 64?

I'm lucky enough to be able to uprade my phone and choose from IPhone4 or 4s, also choose from 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and 64gb.

Now the obvious choice is to get the IPhone 4s 64gb which is the most expensive/flashy
But is it necassarily the best one to get for day to day use?
Is it bigger for example?

Which would you choose and why?

IPhone 4S 32gb, it's middle of the range for storage and a faster processor than the iPhone 4. Also the iPhone 4S comes with Siri.

It all depends how much you can afford to spend on storage space.

Don't let Siri be the deciding factor for you, you'll use it once and then never again. But with that being said, I agree that you should definitely chose the 4S if you don't want the 5. You'll be disappointed with the speed of the iPhone 4 compared to the other 2. And in terms of how many GB you need, that is your call. I've been totally fine with 16 on all of my iPhones, but just recently went to 32GB iPhone 5, only because it's the only one the store had in stock at the time.

Here are the FLAWS in your statement

The iPhone4 looks like the iPhone4S so how does anybody know just looking at an iPhone the the iPhone 4/4s or memory of the device?

There seems to be a mythology surrounds iPhones in that they are somewhat better than all the rest of the phones, they are NOT just slick marketing and people who BUY before they try
Eg the newly retired ( when IP5 launched ) iPhones 3GS did not even have a camera flash, the iPhone4 was the FIRST iPhone JUNE 2010 to have a camera flash, so with the IP4S and IP5 only 3 iPhones have had flash.

So yeah right upgrade to the 2010 iphone4 or the 2011 iPhone4S
