Which Router is best for home Wi-Fi?
I have a Linksys WRT54RS, but recently stopped working, not because of broken, but because of could not function well, it keeps dropping webpages, I tried everything including reset, no luck. My computer only can use internet by bypassing the router. ATT company helped me narrow down the problem to my router, I then changed to Linksys WRT120N, only worked for about 1 week, the same problem happened, not only significantly slowing down the internet speed for the regular computer, you can barely use wireless for iphone, looks like the Linksys Router is very vulnerable to some internet viruses, we can't use only home wireless anymore. I went to Linksys.com support community for help, nothing helped, anyone can recommend a good router? I don't want to waster time or money on Linksys router anymore.
There are a lot of good ones. I recently bought a Belkin N300. Works fine.
I would get a dlink router or a netgear. Linksys is a good brand so thats weird that it keeps dropping pages, my old verizon router did that too.
