Which smartphone should i buy (iphone 5s 16gb or 32gb) or htc one?

I'm not bound to any budget. The only thing is that i should the satisfaction for what i buy.
Now i'm an android user(htc desire v) but it runs slowly and usually hangs so i'm changing my phone. I'm in india so i don't want to buy it on contract.

The iPhone 5s has siri, it's something that is really worth buying. However the iphone 5s has a fingerprint scanner, and if you don't want the N. S.A to have your fingerprints don't get the 5s.
The best reason to buy the iphone 5s is siri, everything else is basically that same as it was in other iphones and other smartphones.

Android phones always become slow after a year. Go buy iPhone.

At this range you should buy xperia z1

Iphone is best.
HTC is a chinese company.

I think android phones are better to buy because iphone is no way to send files like from bluetooth and download process is very hard and sim process is also very hard.

My advice to you is for iphone 5s since in field of technology, quality and best new features apple is the best.

On the other hand you are facing problems such as hanging of cell phones with htc and nowadays its too common in samsung cellphones too. Hence go for the best since you have no budget boundation which is the most important factor to buy any thing, brand etc.
I hope my answer gives you some extent of satisfaction in deciding what to buy and what doesn't?

IPhone 5s 32Gb

5s 32GB definitely. Much better camera at that.
