None i know of but you can get an iphone 4 for free at most stores now
Stores are phasing it out because Iphone 4 is now free with a 2 year contract. 3GS was a good phone, I never had an issue with mine ever and I dropped that thing on cement at least 4 times by accident (I was lucky it never hit wrong) :)
I still see it at the at&t store for 99 cents
