Which water proof case is better for my iphone 5s?

I'm going to the river in a few weeks and i wanted to buy a good water proof case for my iphone. I found the two i wanted but only want one. Can someone tell me which one is better or if they the same?

  • WHAT ARE SOME GOOD WATER/LIFE PROOF IPHONE CASE? For an iPhone 4/4S. I've seen some at best buy and they are pretty pricey around 90 bucks. I also checked eBay and they have some for like $20 and I'm not sure if I should get those, i don't know any good brands or if i can really trust them lol. Also, when they say water proof, can you actually use it under water? Or just like water spills and stuff? Lol
