White border around instagram video?
IPhone app that lets you make more than one video play at once and have a white (or any colored) border around it for the social media network instagram. A couple of my friends have it but they won't tell me what they use.

Basically people on instagram (phone app) have white borders around their photos and i was wondering how you get them because i can't find the right app and it is very annoying. I dong know how to explain it to we'll but, you know like in movies they have the 2 big borders at the top and bottom of the screen… Well I want to border pictures like that and I've seen people do it but I don't know what app that gets me big borders like that.
