Who else can see my Internet history?

I have an iPhone 3G and was just wondering, apart from my ISP or whatever, who else can see my Internet history? Also, I'm getting my dad's iPhone 4s soon; if I were to end my contract/disconnect my iPhone, what would happen to my Internet history? I'm just one of those really paranoid people and I feel like one day everyone's going to see my history or something!

Delete your history if you don't want anybody to see. All they have to do is click on the history button and they can see everything.

I wouldn't worry too much about anyone seeing your Internet history, especially if you regularly erase it or use private browsing so that it doesn't get recorded.

However, it may be possible for someone to view your browsing history if you are connected to a wireless router, via Wi-Fi, and the router generates logs of devices that are or were previously connected to it.

Though, this may depend on which router is being used and what its settings happen to be.

If you were to terminate your phone's service contract, your browsing history would still be on your phone, as the phone's operating system and software, including Safari and other mobile browsers, aren't dependent on whether or not the phone has active service.

In fact, many people use iPhones that are not on any service plans as iPod Touches, as they can still use apps, listen to music, and even browse the Internet, provided they are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

If you decide to give away your iPhone 3Gs, I would suggest that you restore it to factory settings before getting rid of it or giving it away, just to be sure that none of your information is on the phone when you give it away.

Best of luck and I hope I helped you!
