I have the ios7 and it was working fine until yesterday without having my device registered but now this message randomly appeared and my phone won't work unless i register it someone please help message me or something if you can't message me email me at fastize at gmail dot com
Nobody else can register it for you. You will need to register it yourself.
Actually, there are websites to do it automatically. I used http://www.instantudid.com/ and they registered my 4S instantly for $5.It's probably cheaper and easier than finding someone and working out a deal.
