Why am I being charged to send an iPhone message to another iPhone?
I have noticed yesterday when I looked at my orange account that they have charged me 3 iPhone messages, I checked and they were sent by iMessage as the colour is blue normally if its been sent my text message it's green, can anyone tell me why this is and if orange will reimburse me the money or take it off my bill
Talk to Orange - call them up and ask
but if they really were imessage (not text) messages, then as you say - data is data and comes off your data allowance.
Sure that they are not another text message (the bill shows the Number it was texted to) and charged - after all, if it is listed as a text, then it must have sent as a text (that day). I guess it could have been that the data network /Wi-Fi failed and the phone sent 2-3 messages as txt to "get them through" - there are settings to allow 'fallback' to text or you can stop it (in settings)
- Why won't my 5c send a message as MMS when it's a long message to a non iPhone user? Whenever I type a LONG message to an SMS user (says Text Message in the messaging "box") my 5c won't convert to MMS and the recipient gets the message in dozens of out of order messages instead of the whole fluid message. I have MMS on in Settings. What can I do and why is it doing this?
- Why is my Iphone battery going down while being charged? Well just last night I charged my Iphone 4 All night and woke up to it being at 28% . It shows that it's charging with the little lightning symbol in the right hand corner but it actually going down. Now it's at 24% and I'm not even using it? Could it just be my charger or my actual phone? If it was the charger I would think it wouldn't show the lightning symbol but it does. What wrong with it.

Please answer quickly if you can, this is kinda urgent sorry… So i have a monthly contract which allows me unlimited texts, so i get that i can't send picture texts, but to keep sending pictures to people i send them by email, but now, i get charged 25p to send an e-mail, which i think isn't fair, so does anyone know why this is happening? Btw, i have an iPhone 5 on t-mobile and EE as the carrier.
- My iphone 4s will not turn back on even when its being charged? My phone had 3% then shut off completely. There's a shortage in my charger i think even though i just got the new one abt 3 days ago. I'm trying to charge it back and when i get the charge it says its charging but for like an hour it still wouldnt turn on and would have the battery symbol still low and red like i just put it on. Please please help! Sorry if that might be hard to understand.
