Why are iPhone screen protectors so expensive?
They are just pieces of film/stickers made in some sweatshop in China probably, so why are they always so expensive? I don't see how sellers can justify selling them for $15 (average price in Canada I've seen) and most of the time they won't even put it on for you. Obviously they have value in what they do for you screen but I'm sure the manufacturers of them are making a killing on them compared to what they actually cost to make.
Added (1). The cheapest one I've purchased was $10 and it didn't even align properly with the camera and bottom button… It also already had dust on the film before I even opened it
You can buy much cheaper ones if you go to cheaper places… It's the name-brand stuff, like Zaggs, or Belkin, that's gonna cost you.
Heck, you can probably find it online for $5 for 3 or something.
I have no clue but you can get them so cheap at a flee market.
