Why are iPhones and iPads made of glass screens instead of plastic like older phones?
Why are iPhones and iPads made of glass screens instead of plastic like older phones?
Because apple makes quality products, thats also why they are expensive.
Because:
Glass screens have a higher premium feel (Apple's Nr1 priority)
Glass screens are more responsive
Glass screens is more "clear" (let's more light trough than plastic screens)
Glass screens does not get grey after time of use
And more

- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why do some people like to act like iPhones and iPads are status symbols? If it were, I mean you'd have the whole lifestyle to keep up. But a lot of people buy them. I'll admit they're both convenient but I find it a little weird to think anything of owning one. (This is in general, and not directed towards how people act to me - just my observation).
- Why do most celebrities and Hollywood stars use Iphone instead of Android phones? I know some celebrities who endorse Samsung and other smartphone brands but behind the camera, they use Iphone. I know some people who are not wealthy; not even come from affluent clan, people don't earn that much but they managed to get an iphone through postpaid plan/instalment basis. They don't care if they will bury themselves into debts just to make themselves look wealthy/classy.
- Why are the harddrives on iphones and ipads so small? The maximum Harddrive space on the latest iphone is only 64gb? Why is that? With all the apps, songs and films you can download the maximum space apple gives you is 64gb? Why? Its nowhere near as much as a laptop and cast your mind back to the ipod classic you could get a 160GB harddrive on them. Does anyone know why apple went backwards?
