Why are my videos stuck on Preparing?
I'm doing a high school video project and I have searched everywhere to find out why when I try to play a video on my iPhone, it says "Preparing"

- Why does my iPhone receive good quality videos as bad quality videos? So I recently met a famous guy in concert and when I got a picture wth him I was getting a video and my friend used her phone to video it. So she sent it to me and it was like terrible quality and the video was like little with a huge black border around it. But yet it looks perfectly fine on her phone? How do I fix it? Whenever I try to get video editing apps it always says error & only with that particular video. I have an iPhone 5c, and so does my friend.
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
- My iPhone 3G is stuck on the dock reset screen/loading circle stuck? For some reason my iPhone 3G is stuck on the dock home screen, like this: and it has that tiny loading logo, like this: that is stuck in the middle. I can't reset because my power button no longer works so I only use the home button to turn it on and since it is jailbroken i slide the top bar, press power, the lock, so i have no use of my power button. The loading circle is still spinning and its been doing this for about an hour >:( Help?
- IPhone Stuck on 'Preparing Update'? I have an iPhone 4 and want to upgrade to 7.1. The update is on the iPhone and is downloaded, but is stuck on 'Preparing Update'. I've rebooted the iPhone and nothing has changed. Might also mention that I'm behind my college's Wi-Fi and it is on a proxy- is an internet connection with no proxy required to complete the update?
