Why are people still selling old iPhones for ridiculous prices?
It seems like every time I look up iPhones for sale, the price it's being sold for is ridiculous on the older models like the 6s, 6, 5s, 5c,5, 4s, and 4. Why do people justify selling them at these high prices

Asking price has nothing to do with what the final price will be. Most people ask more than the actual price a store pays for a new phone. The value drops 50% as soon as you buy it.
Because people pay those prices. IOS devices tend to keep their value longer than Androids do, and Apple tends to provide OS updates longer.
Tbh the iphone hype will never die. I've always been a galaxy android girl but after the iphone 6 came out years ago I decided to see what the hype was about. Everyone I knew hated that I had galaxy. Iphones are complete waste of money and aggravation. Long story short, overpriced and full of issues but its only worth it if you care about what others think of you I guess.
Well here's the thing its an old item so it's kinda like buying a old gaming console or PC they will charge you more for the age of the product. The NES was $200.00 in 1985 (which was reasonable at the time because it included games but by itself it was $90 and computers were way more) now they are pretty pricey.
Cuz people might want to use their older tech.
Mostly because there are people out there that can't buy a phone through a store or carrier, new or used, so they go the over priced used market, because they feel they have no other choice.
And the sellers know they can find a buyer if they wait long enough with a legit working phone that can be activated.

- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why does F0CAN05NY3.TO no longer update daily prices? Historical prices are correct? TD REAL RETURN BOND - A (Ticker: F0CAN05NY3.TO, GOOGLE: TDB108). The daily price has not updated since Dec. 6, but if you look at historical prices, they are all there and match the Google numbers. The iPhone finance app (which uses this ticker symbol) also does not update this item.
- Why do people still pay so much for damanged iPhones? It's funny how pathetic some people are. I sold my cracked, dented and slightly bent iPhone 6 Plus (16GB) online for roughly $600. And because of my insurance and discounts, I was able to pick up a brand new one and had extra cash on the side, which I'll put toward the next iPhone.
- Why Do people still have IPhones? I don't get why people still use IPhones after all Samsung is the best company now and has some of the best phones like Galaxy's
