Why can I not connect to the iTunes Store on my iPhone 5?
Open iTunes. Click on Preferences and under Parental Controls, disable access to the iTunes Store.
then check the box to allow access to iTunes U.
When It will try load the store, it will sent you directly to iTunes U with no problem.
then go back into Preferences and enable access to everything and try to reload the store.
it should work.
- Why can't I connect to the App Store after I jailbroke my iphone? Before I jailbroke it, I checked if I could still get apps and stuff from the App Store but it says "can't connect to App Store". I also can't use YouTube for some reason, I tried deleting it but now I can't connect to App Store lol.

Then i searched it up and people said to sign out and back in. I did that and now it won't even let me sign back in. I soft resetted my phone and that didn't work.
