Why can't connect to my Wi-Fi?

Ok so I'm over at my grandmas and her Wi-Fi is just fine. Then later I think she accidentally unplugged it and plugged it back in but anyway after that it stopped working. We tried unplugging the router and plugging it back in I don't know if we did it with the motom but we really need help because after rebooting it by sticking a pen in this hole thing for 10 seconds like a few minutes after it rebooted it started working for the computer but the devices still can't connect. On iPhone when we connect it says we're connected but we nothing that we need Wi-Fi for works. Also for Samsung it just says checking network. We really need help so please please help us out.

So old of a modem lol but In reality, THIS Means there's sometthing not starting. Go to START, MY COMPUTER, youll see a side ooption, My network places. Open that, Right click the internet and disconnect than reconnect.

Or you have to click the wireless icon to get it working. Whichever you prefer. OR if all fails, START ACCESSORIES SYSTEM TOOLS THAN SYSTEM RESTORE.

Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?
  • Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.

So i have a iphone five and i have free access to bt openzone and o2 Wi-Fi, only problem being that i can't pick up the Wi-Fi signal on my iphone to connect to them. however my old dell inspiron | 1000 can pick up these Wi-Fi signals from the same house? What the hell! I want to use this Wi-Fi as its free, but my phone but it won't pick it up but my laptop can! Any ideas on how i can fix this?
  • When I connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot, I can't connect to Gmail or Twitter? My iPhone connects to other people's networks fine, but when I'm using public hotspots gmail and twitter say no Internet connection. Why? Is there a way round it?
