Why can't I delete some songs off Itunes?
I have an Iphone 5s fully updated. I'm trying to delete some songs I don't listen to anymore in order to make more room. I've been able to delete most but some songs won't even give me the option. When I slide my thumb, the delete option won't show up. Is there something I can do besides restarting my phone? (I've already done a hundred times).
What happens when you connect your phone to your iTunes library on your computer and just delete the files there? Is your phone set to manual management? It should be.
- Why won't my songs delete off my iphone? I have the iPhone 5 and I was trying to get songs on it one day but I ended up taking all the albums from my mums laptop that are boring on to my phone! And they won't delete! They appear up on my songs on the phone but in a grayish writing and I can't click them or do anything with them and Its really annoying!
- Why won't some songs transfer from my iPhone to iTunes on my computer? I've purchased many songs from iTunes on my phone and when I hook my phone up to my computer, most of them sync and are added to my library but some do not, which means when I go to the iTunes Store, it says I haven't purchased those songs when I actually have. Is there anyway to get them to sync onto the computer or should I try emailing Apple?
- Why won't iTunes let me delete songs from my iPhone 4S? I have never had any problems with deleting songs, but after installing the newest update, I have been unable to untick things in my iPhone's music or delete anything. I can still delete on the main iTunes library.
- Why can't some songs on my iTunes be played? I just uploaded a CD onto my iMac, and it played perfectly fine on it. However when I synced my iPhone to it and disconnected it after the sync, I couldn't play it on my iPhone? Like the songs were there, but the color of the titles were a light grey. Please advise!
