Why can't I download an app on iOS 7?

I'm trying to download a free app from the app store on iOS 7 but it doesn't seem to be working. I tapped the install button but a blue circle just spins and nothing happens. This has never happened before, it usually spins for a second, asks me for my fingerprint, and then continues spinning until it's downloaded. I'm using a 16 GB iPhone 5s running iOS 7.

  • Why can't' I download IOS 6.1.2 IPSW file I'm trying to downgrade my iphone from IOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 but whenever I try to download a IPSW file instead of downloading it opens up another tab that loads forever or it will make it seem like its going to download but instead it makes the screen loads forever also. I've seen other people download IOS IPSW files without any problems but when I do it I get a screen that loads endlessly. I'm trying to jailbreak my phone but first I need to downgrade it.

  • Why can't iTunes download and install iOS 7? I can't update to iOS 7 with just my iPhone. I need Wi-Fi. So I've tired downloading and installing 5 times already in iTunes. Each time it tells me it's gonna take 25-26 hours. But when it gets to 21 hours left, a small page would appear saying "An unknown error has occurred (9006)." It's getting me frustrated. Is there something I'm doing wrong while updating to iOS 7?
  • Why can't I download the ifruit app? So I just got GTA V, and am trying to download the ifruit app onto my iPhone, but it won't let me. It keeps saying there's not enough room, even though I've triple checked to make sure there's more than enough room. I also made sure it's compatible with my iPhone. So what could the problem be? Any ideas?
